LA SALA LIBRE OVERVIEW

In the summer of 2025, Diaspo Rico partnered with Casa Saffra to bring La Sala Libre—an immersive, seven-week cultural activation in the heart of Santurce.

Rooted in storytelling, memory, and resistance, La Sala Libre transforms Casa Saffra into a living room for the Puerto Rican diaspora, where Boricuas from the archipelago and the diaspora come together to reconnect, create, and build community.
