RODRIGO DE OLIVEIRA is a Brazilian director, screenwriter and editor, born in 1985. A Brazilian Academy Award Winner for the feature documentary "Todos os Paulos do Mundo" (All Paulos in the World, 2018), he has also directed two other acclaimed feature films, the 2011 black-and-white drama "As Horas Vulgares" (The Vulgar Hours) and the 2015 saga "Teobaldo Morto, Romeu Exilado" (Tybalt Dead, Romeo in Exile), as well as three other award-winning shorts. "The First Fallen" is his fourth feature.
