Brave, provocative and untimely to death, Nancy Cárdenas broke through the closet doors of a community that was invisible in the 70's Mexico, leading the way in the fight for LGBT rights. The theater was her main weapon to talk about lesbianism, homosexuality and the appearance of HIV. However, despite her great achievements, her name has been forgotten.
