About the Filmmaker
Juan Antonio Bisonó is a Dominican filmmaker who graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a double major in Film and English Literature, with a concentration in Creative Writing.
He received the Florida State Bright Futures Award in 2014 and also completed the University of Miami–Prague Film Program. In 2015, he was nominated by the University of Miami Film Department for the KODAK Student Scholarship Award, granted to the most promising filmmaker in his class.
His first feature film, Mosh, premiered in the International Panorama section of the Cairo International Film Festival.
