About the Film
Carlina (12), una niña que perdió a su padre en el conflicto armado colombiano, vive sola con su madre, Irene. El dolor sigue siendo insoportable y ellas se aferran a sus recuerdos y objetos personales para sobrevivir. Todo cambia con la aparición de un pez místico que será el guía de Carlina durante su aventura. Carlina atraviesa diferentes situaciones enfrentándose a su odio y temores. Estos sentimientos lejos de ayudarle a superar estas pruebas la acaban transformando. En esta lucha interna entre el rencor y el perdón, finalmente Carlina opta por el perdón encontrando así la paz interior.
Carlina (12), a girl who lost her father in the Colombian armed conflict, lives alone with her mother, Irene. The pain is still overwhelming and they hold on to their memories and personal objects in order to survive. Everything changes with the appearance of a mystical fish that will be Carlina's guide during her adventure. Carlina goes through different situations facing her anger and fears. These feelings, far from helping her to overcome these trials, end up transforming her. In this internal struggle between resentment and forgiveness, Carlina finally chooses forgiveness and finds inner peace.

Anny Uribe y Juan Arevalo son diseñadores y animadores, graduados de la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano y el Máster en Animación en UPV. Han trabajado en proyectos contribuyendo tanto en la dirección de arte como en la etapa de animación en cortometrajes, videoclips y series.
Anny Uribe and Juan Arevalo are designers and animators, graduated from the University Jorge Tadeo Lozano and the Master in Animation at UPV. They have worked on projects contributing both in art direction and in the animation stage such as shortfilms, videoclips and series.
