Welcome to PHLAFF 2023!
PHLAFF's 12th Edition will offer audiences:
Six weeks of hybrid programming
Two virtual programming blocks per week
Three days of in-person programming per week
Films representing 25 countries
Week Uno kicks off the celebration with Bloque One of our virtual programming as we enjoy the long weekend! This Bloque is available from May 28th - May 30th.
We will also be hosting a Special Presentation at La Cultura de la Ignorancia at Taller Puertorriqueño on Tuesday, May 30th, and joining the PhillyCam Family on Wednesday, May 31st for a PHLAFF 2023 Preview.
Bloque Two begins on Thursday, June 1st which also marks the return to our in-person events.
Our Kick-Off Celebration is back at Taller Puertorriqueño, which will be PHLAFF's venue partner for our 2023 Season's Weekend Kick-Off events every Thursday until July 6th.
Friday, June 2nd our Youth Salon returns, and then we get into some great music and film at First Friday @ The Barnes.
Saturday, June 3rd marks our return to a full day of screenings at UArts since 2019. Great selections and conversations, hope to see you there!
