Revelation: The Rest Is Silence
About the Film
REVELATION: THE REST IS SILENCE tells the story of a Nuyorican political family. In the wake of tragedy, 24-year-old Angel Cortez is reeling from the sudden death of his father, Antonio Cortez, a beloved but controversial reformist Mayor of New York City. Once a promising young artist with dreams far from politics, Angel now finds himself lost, grappling with overwhelming grief, a growing addiction, and following his uncle Cristobal’s announcement of his own running for mayor, a gnawing suspicion that his father’s death wasn’t the accident the public believes it to be.
