Mrs. Mullen Pacheco is a Puerto Rican lawyer, producer, and founder of Belle Films, known for crafting bold, women-centered stories with an artisanal touch. With over 16 years of experience, she has produced acclaimed films and documentaries across Puerto Rico, Europe, and Latin America, including Once Upon a Time in the Caribbean, The Fisherman’s Daughter, All the Flowers, Milly, and @love (2025). A member of the Directors Guild of America since 2013, she has worked with clients like Sony Music and ZDF and earned accolades such as the Movistar+ Development Award and Tribeca Film Festival honors for her recent executive production Esta Isla.
